Our Team

Mike and Robin led the charge as they launched as part of The Quest Royse City and continue to lead our church as we have transitioned into a church plant that resulted in the birth of Epic Life.  Mike's heart is for others to discover the "life they were created to live" understanding that everyone misses it at times, yet God's call and purpose still remain.  Mike has an Associates Degree in Christian Psychology and a Bachelors Degree in Christian Education. Mike is currently bi-vocational working with TxDot and as Lead Pastor. Robin works from home as a medical transcriptionist and takes care of the administrative work for the church.  They have two grown sons, a daughter-in-law and a precious grandson.  Mike and Robin enjoy "wind therapy" on the back of a motorcycle cruising the Texas landscape and working out at the local CrossFit box.

Corey Thedford grew up with a love of music and people. Corey is a United States Air Force veteran serving 10 years where he specialized in aerospace propulsion and IT Security/INTEL. Laterally during his time in the service, he manned the “front man” role in several secular bands. Corey went to college initially majoring in music on a music and basketball scholarship prior to entering the Air Force.

Corey's heart is for others to discover how to truly enter into authentic worship through music. "Our worship is ongoing and does not only happen through music but through doing life with Christ as our lead. Worshipping through music is the one thing that we can truly offer up to God as a living sacrifice." Corey’s wife Heidi serves as well at Epic Life assisting in women’s events, hostess and greeting, etc. Corey is currently bi-vocational working in the Cyber Security industry with Luminant and as our Worhip Pastor.

Corey and Heidi enjoy spending time with their family, sports, fishing (just being on the water), living and experiencing life!

Anthony and Corina Wild are original folks to Epic life. Their journey began as partners at The Quest Royse City where they met Mike, Robin and many other wonderful people who shared a vision to help launch another campus. As God led them to stay on at the Terrell Campus, it developed into Epic Life. Anthony works as an Operations Assistant at The Richards Group and Serves on the Lead Team. Corina is a Vocational Adjustment Coordinator for the Garland Independent School District. They enjoy family time and all that entails.  Anthony and Corina operate Epic Life’s café. They are ready to greet you with a smile, food and drink so that your church experience is laid back and comfortable. 

Frank lives in Quinlan, TX with his three children.  He was on the original launch team and helped open the doors in Terrell during February 2013.  After fulfilling his one year commitment on the launch team he remained to help the church grow.  Frank serves as part of the Lead Team ministry.  He has a true servant’s heart and on Sundays you will see him serving in one place or another.  His love for children and youth has moved him into the Youth Director's position of Epic Life Teen.  Frank has an Associates in restaurant management, a Bachelors in Applied Arts and Sciences with an emphasis in restaurant management and is working on his Masters and will graduate  May 2015.  He teaches culinary classes and restaurant management classes for DCCCD.  Frank likes anything associated with the Longhorns.  He loves the outdoors and when he gets time off he loves to read.
